The Musicians Ensemble I contains everything you need to stitch a grouping of three musicians: The Band Leader, The Clarinet and The Trumpeter. Each figure will teach you the core embroidery stitches: straight stitch, satin stitch, chain stitch and french knots.

If you are new to embroidery, we have created a detailed video to accompany each figure and walk you through each step of the way. Therefore even if you have never stitched before, you will be able to create this artwork. French knots can feel tricky the first time, therefore we have provided plenty of spare thread so you can practice these on another piece of fabric also.

These kits are slightly more complicated than The Camels due to the french knots, but still very much accessible to a beginner! The thread for all the figures is combined on the numbered bobbins therefore the ensemble kits cannot be separated.

The kit contains:

- The design printed on high quality natural linen

- A detailed instruction booklet

- A colour coded guide of which stitches to use where

- A couple of embroidery needles

- All the thread you need to complete the design and some extra for practicing stitches

- A 7" embroidery hoop

Each project will take 8 to 10 hours to complete and will measure 12cm by 18cm. We recommend framing in an A4 frame with a mount, noting accompanying framing kits will be launching in early 2021.
