A Mother’s Day Gift Guide
I’ve written this alongside my mum - partly because she is very useful on the subject of what mothers might actually like, and partly because it’s her birthday in a couple of weeks and I needed a subtle way to get some inspiration. I find my mum very chic, thoughtful and inspiring, so I think if she likes these things, the chances are your mum might too!
Between us, we kept coming back to the same idea though: the best Mother’s Day gifts are the ones that make you feel considered. Not extravagant for the sake of it, but things that carve out a bit of time, a bit of care, a bit of “this is just for you”. As someone shaped by brilliant mothers and grandmothers - and now as a new mum myself - these are the sorts of gifts I’d want to give, and be very happy to receive.
So this is a mix of thoughtful Mother’s Day gift ideas - some indulgent, some creative, some properly special. A few from our own studio, and plenty from other lovely makers and brands we admire.
