€0.00We want to introduce as many people as possible to the world of embroidery, so we're delighted to be bringing back our Summer of Embroidery initiative.
We first launched Summer of Embroidery in 2022 as a way of encouraging you to share the craft with the people in your life. I genuinely believe that the simple, meditative act of embroidery can change lives. The pride of creating something with your own hands, the opportunity to switch off from everyday life, the patience it teaches and the distraction it provides mean embroidery offers so much more than just the finished piece.
So we'd love you to send an embroidery kit to someone who you think might benefit from a little embroidery right now. Each gift is from our beginner-friendly Jabberwocky range and will arrive beautifully gift wrapped, complete with a gift tag showing your name so they'll know it's from you. The design they receive will be chosen as a lucky dip.
Each kit contains everything needed to complete the design and is suitable for complete beginners, teaching two core embroidery stitches: satin stitch and chain stitch.

I am a firm believer that the simple and meditative action of embroidery can actually change lives - the pride of completing something, the time to switch off, the forced patience and distraction - sewing offers far more than just the piece you stitch. So I have designed a special one off kit for you to pass onto a loved one and help us spread the joy of sewing.
